The Cheeky Life began as a self-initiated project in 2020 and grew into a fully functioning ecommerce brand centered around mental health, self-love and honest conversation. With no previous experience building an ecommerce business, I took the idea from concept to launch. Learning what I needed along the way and ultimately managing every aspect of the brand and business.
What started as an idea grew into a real business with measurable impact.
Creating a bright, playful identity that made conversations around mental health and self-love feel more open and approachable, while building a flexible visual system that could extend across products, content and digital experiences.

What began as a personal creative project evolved into a functioning ecommerce business. I developed physical and digital products, built and managed the online store, and integrated print-on-demand and dropshipping partners to create a fulfillment model I could operate independently.

With no established audience or large marketing budget, I looked for creative ways to build awareness, developing custom influencer mailers and outreach designed to introduce the brand, get products into the right hands and expand its reach.

Social content balanced product promotion with mental health education, advocacy and relatable conversations, giving the audience a reason to engage with the brand beyond what it sold and reinforcing the mission behind it.

I started The Cheeky Life without knowing how to build an ecommerce site, manage fulfillment, develop a product line or grow an audience. Each new challenge required me to learn, build a solution and keep moving—an approach to problem-solving that still shapes the way I work today.
